they offer different length programs and are having Jeff berlin do a 1 week intensive in the summer to teach drummers how to interact within the rythm session.

The 80 week program is relatively cheap for a music school, it "only" costs 18500 compared to around 20gs a year for berklee or 14 for P.I.T and a bit more for L.A.M.A

They also have also added a special touch by requiring no audition or anything like that (video, tape etc) Their policy is:

There are no auditions or tapes required to attend The Players School of Music. It is our job to teach you, not your job to qualify to learn with us. We will figure out your present musical skills when you come to your first lessons. From those first meetings, we can identify your strengths and weaknesses and prepare a musical study program for your individual musical needs.
